Fitness 121 now offers online services – which means you can be anywhere in the world and still benefit from our expertise. We design personalised training plans tailored specifically to clients’ personal goals and lifestyles. Our programmes are ideal for clients who prefer to train in the comfort of their home or use them in their gym. They are followed for 8 weeks and can then be upgraded to further enhance the client’s results.

You may be totally new to your chosen sport and need that extra push and help to get you started, or you may be experienced and require a professional to help guide you to push yourself that little bit further.

So, who is online advice suitable for? Here are some examples – you could be someone who is:

  • Totally new to any sort of training

Fees for this service start at £30. However charges depend on how complicated the plan would be – for example, whether the sessions booked would be in a micro, meso or macro cycle.

We have over 30 years of experience in training, so why waste your time in your gym with an out-dated routine when you can get a routine that works specifically for you.

We are an independent gym that is committed to working with you to gain the results you want. Whether your aim is to loose weight, tone up, build bulk or gain weight we can put together a gym programme or recommend the right classes for you to attend in our studios.

Our members benefit from a free gym programme and review every month, free studio classes and price reductions on our personal training sessions. As a member you can also access our pool and tennis courts for free and have priority for booking any of the pre-book activities, classes or sessions that we run.

If you dont want to commit to being a member you can still use all of our facilities but you will need to have an induction session before using the facilities to ensure that Health and Safety requirements are met you dont want to injure yourself on your first visit and ruin all your good intentions!
