Learn 2 Lift
In Spring 2017 we will be launching our very own ‘Learn 2 Lift’ program.
Specifically aimed at teenagers/ young adults (14-21), but open to all, we aim to equip you with the knowledge and tools about weight training across multiple areas and sports.
Across 6 sessions you’ll learn how to use your bodyweight, accessories, dumbbells, cables, plate loaded machines etc. to create optimal workouts for your own goals.
We will teach you different types of training and even show you how to combine cardio with weights to make it fun.
You’ll learn tips, tricks, techniques and skills to keep your workouts fresh and functional whether you’re at home or in a gym.
Each Session will be 1 hour and 30 minutes with a combination of educational content and practical training.
