As an ex-performer fitness has always been important to me. I fell in love with the gym many years ago when I joined the local leisure centre with friends on a ‘cardio’ craze. It was all about the treadmills back then. Since my early teens I have been involved in numerous gym fads, phases and fashion. I have loved pretty much everything I’ve ever done from martial arts, to aerobics, to circuits, to swimming and most of all lifting iron!
Learning to lift weights myself is what started me on my journey to becoming a personal trainer. I simply ‘fell in love at the bar.’ Not your conventional bar date but a bar of solid iron that gave me power to take control of my physical and mental strength. I became powerful in so many ways and learnt how to love and respect my body and sculpt it to be exactly what I wanted. This is a gift I want to be able to pass on to every man and woman alive. I want to make YOU love YOU!
Fitness to me is so much more than moving some weights, burning off calories and dripping with sweat. It’s a real game changer. It becomes a total addiction. Gives you a quality filled life. I want to help you to achieve your personal goals, give you energy, life, laughter, health, passion and the body of your dreams.
My PT sessions are all about YOU. They combine free weights, resistance machines and cardiovascular training. Each of my sessions are tailored to you to help you achieve your fitness goals and have fun doing it!
