Clients will receive personalised diets to suit their individual needs, and will be monitored on a regular basis throughout the duration of the plan taken.
Fitness 121 Training Preparation
Training preparation is a package based on training plans to suit a client’s personal needs. Bodybuilders tend to get help with their nutrition leading to a contest but get
their training wrong. Too much volume when not needed, too many compound movements when the body is too low in bodyfat to get the most out of it.
Training preparation allows the client to train more intelligently to suit the body condition. Training when on a strict diet is hard enough so let us try to make it easier but get the same results!!
Training plans are tailored to suit the individual and are drawn up in 4-8 week
blocks, depending on which phase the client is in his/her preparation.
